List of burner accessories
Burner is an electromechanical integration equipment with a high degree of automation. Its components are complex and can be divided into six systems according to its function: main structure, control system, ignition system, fuel supply system, combustion system and power system
1、 Main structure.
This component constitutes the main structure and outline of the burner. It includes the shell and related parts, and the products of other functional systems are installed on the main structure.
2、 Control system.
This part of products includes controller, servo mechanism (motor and hydraulic cylinder), flame monitor, pressure or temperature switch, etc.
1. Controller: the core part of burner control, including a process management controller called proportional regulator, a gas leak detector for detecting valve leakage point, etc. All actions are responsible for collecting and triggering, equivalent to the burner's brain.
2. Servo mechanism: all electric servo motors and mechanical transmission hydraulic cylinders are included in the control system, because the former and the program controller form a closed-loop control system, while the latter's power source is the oil pump, whose command to execute the action is actually triggered by the controller to control the opening and closing of the damper.
3. Flame monitor: This name is becoming more and more popular in the industry, and it is more and more divorced from its actual function, and finally confused with the controller that only controls the opening and closing through the flame signal in the controller category. Only the photosensitive resistor and photocell can monitor the actual flame, and the ion probe that can detect the flame ion. If you can turn on and off the power by yourself, it is more appropriate to call the controller.
4. Pressure and temperature switch: it is generally referred to as pressure or temperature sensor. The gas switch in the pressure switch, the gas switch, is mostly used to control the gas burner, and the air pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no forced air supply, the air pressure will be generated, and the power supply of the whole machine will be cut off). In high viscosity fuel, the temperature switch is mostly used to control the heating temperature of heavy oil or residual oil.
3、 Ignition system.
This part includes ignition source transformer, ignition electrode and high-voltage wire.
1. Ignition transformer: It is used to generate high voltage current, discharge through the electrode tip, and ignite the burner. It is a product with very low technical content, and it is also regarded as an imitation with very low technical content.
2. Ignition electrode: products without technical content are not recommended.
3. High-voltage wire: It is a high temperature and high voltage resistant power wire.
4、 Powertrain.
For ordinary burners, only the motor is related to power.
5、 Fuel supply system.
For the burner, this is a relatively complex system, including oil pump, nozzle, fuel heater, oil cup, oil pipe, fuel solenoid valve, gas valve (including gas solenoid valve), gas regulator, gas filter, etc.
6、 Combustion system.
The system with the highest technical content in the burner industry. In fact, no matter how advanced the electrical products in charge of control or how good the oil pump manufacturing is, these technical levels and means have nothing to do with the capabilities of the burner manufacturer itself, but the design of the combustion system depends on itself. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the ability of the burner. This part of products includes combustion cylinder, blower impeller for forced air supply, flame disc, oil gun, gas core tube, and internal or external diffusion head, etc. This part of products constitutes an air-fuel premixing device.
