What is the working principle and classification of gas burners
A gas burner is a device that can be defined as a chemical reaction that converts substances into heat energy through combustion. It involves pre mixing air and fuel in an appropriate proportion to achieve full combustion. A burner is a thermal installation that delivers fuel and air into the furnace according to the required concentration, velocity, turbulence, and mixing method, and enables stable ignition and combustion of fuel in the furnace. Fuel is mainly composed of fuel and gas. It is generally applied to small and medium-sized oil or gas boilers.
Classification:
Gas burners are divided into natural gas burners, urban gas burners, etc.
According to the combustion control method of the burner, it is divided into single stage burner, double stage burner, and proportional conditioning burner.
Classified by fuel atomization methods: mechanical atomization burner, medium atomization burner;
Divided by structure: integral burner and split burner. Split type burners are mainly used in industrial production, characterized by combustion systems, air supply systems, control systems, and other synthetic devices. This type of machine is mainly suitable for large equipment or special working environments such as high temperatures.
Relatively speaking, commercial burners have relatively low market sales prices due to mass production and low demand for specialization in the market supply chain. On the other hand, split type burners have relatively high demand for specialization and require a professional installation team, resulting in significantly higher market sales prices compared to the same period last year.
